My design story started differently than most. When the product design market hit saturation in 2024, I found an unexpected opportunity as Demo Engineer at Creatio, an AI-native no-code platform. What began as an alternative path became my design advantage—I've created hundreds of CRM workflows for international clients from US and LATAM, contributing to closing deals worth hundreds of thousands in ARR.

I've designed custom UI forms, dashboards, and user experiences for diverse personas—ranging from end users and service agents to C-level executives. My work spans finserv, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, education, and non-profit sectors. While confidentiality agreements prevent showcasing specific client work, I'm excited to discuss my design approach.

I blend UX/UI design, customer service, and demo engineering expertise to create business-focused solutions. This combination of aesthetic skills, user insights, and business understanding enables me to design products that impress stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
